The Belgian eSports Federation (BESF) is proud to announce the Belgian qualifier for the IeSF World Championship in Busan, South-Korea.
The International eSports Federation is a well-respected global organization aimed at standardizing eSports and improving the situation for players, teams and event organizers around the world. Like every year, they host a high profile tournament to celebrate eSports and this year it will take place in Busan, Korea from the 6th of October until the 10th of October. The featured games are FIFA and Starcraft II and they are expecting participants from nearly 40 countries at the finals.
The Belgian eSports Federation (BESF) has announced that it will host its offline qualifier for FIFA in Outpost Antwerp on Sunday the 28th of August. The qualifier will begin around 14.00 and the winners of each tournament will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Korea which includes flights and accommodation for the grand final in Busan.
The qualifier for Starcraft II will be played online on Saturday the 20st of August. Check-in will start at 11h30 and the games will go live at 12h00. The same registration process and requirements apply as the FIFA qualifier which means that you need to pay 10 Euro entry fee, have a valid international passport and be able to travel the times of the final to Busan, South-Korea. The winner will also receive travel and accommodation to the grand finals of the IeSF World Championships.
